Can order food online only ..so unsatisfied with the service cuz they make things harder and wasted time instead of being helpful..

Just went to cinema today morning, why does the lobby is hot? Just because there is no customer or lack of customer, the cinema does not turn on the ac? Is this how you guys cut your cost? As a customer, do we need to be treated like this just for your cut cost thingy? Dissapointed.
💢 The cinema is well maintained & even though the mall is dead, the cinema was packed with peoples. I would recommend you to buy your tickets earlier as the self kiosk are out of service. There are only 2 kiosk functioning. Everything was fine & as scheduled.
Nice place to watch movies with family. The seats in the cinema are very comfortable. Also the places are well maintained and clean. Just that the toilets are quite dirty and some of the sinks are stuffed with water.
Counter for redemption is too long and not moving. Im comment here live. 21 May at 3pm.

Purchased online ticket was extremely easy. However, when redeem food at counter, lack of staff and need to wait for a long time. Probably due to Raya Festive, many staff still on leave.
