Cuando fui había un super reguero. Las chicas muy amables y buscaron exactamente lo que necesitaba.

Horrible customer service! They wouldn’t do an embroidery like they said they would. They stated that they needed a back up of the backpack that they didn’t have and didn’t know when it will be available. I told them I’ll do a waiver and even if the embroidery gets done incorrectly I wouldn’t hold them accountable but they refused.

Spoke to the manager to see any options to get the embroidery done but she didn’t have any options apparently. Never again will purchase this brand.

Compre un bulto que me costo ciento y pico de pesos y pague por un bordado en el mismo. A los tres dias el bordado se empieza a deshilar. Llamo a la tienda y no tiene garantia para arreglarlo. No vale la pena el gasto.

Muy buenas carteras y bultos. Ademas no se te mojan las cosas que esten adentro por que son de tela impermeable . Y ademas tiene una buena garantia. Ademas de que son muy hermosos y muy fuertes y los bultos para bebes son lo maximo, muy espaciosos y muy lindos.
