Umbrellas, Umbrellas, Umbrellas... In here there is a place where you can buy or repair umbrellas, any kind of it.. the store is kind of messy but for sure you can find the umbrella you're looking for and even the one you're not looking for just because you didn't know it even existed.
I didn't saw any interesting stores here, at the entrance there's a small hobby store with superhero bobbleheads and stuff. Inside I only saw a second hand clothing store, and a gay vacation agency. But the place is always empty and the area is not the safest so be careful.

Weird and crazy place dont go out without visiting the private detective office in the basement.
