The staff is amazing like everyone else stated. The front desk ladies are welcoming and pleasant. My dental assistant Massimo was awesome, he constantly kept checking on me. I was scared to death as usual because I had to get two root canals.
I was shaking in the chair but calmed down once I heard my jazz music. I didn't feel a thing, they numbed me and waited awhile then went to work.
If you are afraid of the dentist and you have been putting off getting work done, I would advise you not to. The reason I sucked it up and came in is because I refuse to end up at the dentist office in pain, when it's too late. Dr. Mufustafa is wonderful.

Great Service! The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and the entire office building is so clean and organized. I recently moved to baltimore and was nervous about picking out a new dentist. I’m glad I chose Highlandtown. Every visit has been wonderful.

This was by far one of my best dental experiences. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The dental assistant and hygienist were quite attentive and the doctor took his time answering all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a patient at Highlandtown Dental for over 20 years . It has always served my needs. However since the new ownership and management the quality of service from the front desk to the entire dental staff is better. In addition the office has undergone a transformation with upgrades to most equipment and the building itself. All staff are attentive and very.knowlegable.
