My best friend lives in this condo association beautiful condos in ground pool large complex and many more options available do not know if they rent not sure but definitely self owned units good find no idea of additional fees.

The Conundrum

Been here 10 years love it very nice people. Could have a better landlord but it is what it is trying to find one for rent so I can stay here.

Not a bad place but the office can have better communications skills, instead of leading a helping hand when unable to reach contacts from The Dartmouth Group, condo fee goes up EVRY YEAR they always blame it on snow (wonder what the excuse is gonna be this year as not much snow). You can live here but the second car still has to park in visitors.

only looks nice from the outside, security leaves at certain points leaving both gates open. they also allow any party in that states “they’re visiting a guest” they don’t need to show identity or contact the guest they’re visiting. once your a familiar face even if you don’t have a sticker they just let you in. early morning and late nights you can see they just sleep until someone beeps their horn to wake them. The gate doesn’t mean much as two gentlemen were shot last summer one of them losing his life while security was on duty. it’s pretty much the gated projects, also they an infestation of mice which is disgusting. half the people own their condos the other half rent from other parties.

One of the better developments in Brockton, they have a pool, security and units have a nice look and close to highway
