Horrific customer service. Probably the worst I've ever witnessed. The woman on the front desk was horribly mean for no apparent reason from the very beginning. When asking if we could buy a day ticket we got a no. When asked why, she said "Because that's how it is" without any further explanation. Afterwards in the outside pool she came and asked us if we are using the lounge chair we have our stuff on ( mind you were two people on one lounge chair), we said yes. She then proceeded to grab our personal belongings and put them on a random persons lounge. After confronting her in an enraged manner how dare she touch other people's personal belongings she threatened us that she would throw us out. This was absolutely unacceptable behaviour and honestly I have reason to believe it comes from a xenophobic place as our German is a little broken.

The showers were FILTHY. there was hair everywhere and a diaper casually rotting in the middle of the shower room that no one bothered to pick up for the 5 hours we were there. The pools and saunas were nice, sadly the whole experience was soiled by absolute unprofessionalism and xenophobia.

I would personally recommend Palais Thermal where people are actually nice and won't treat you as subhuman just because of your German.

Nice place with some little things to fix. Suitable with kids. Good price.

Nice & fairly small place. Price to service ratio is good. Simply don't have high expectations. We were not told that some services are closed (one sauna, and the pool below). Would appreciate the heads up. No photos are allowed to be taken (i respect that)

We spent several hours in the outdoor pool enjoying the water and sun. Very relaxing and refreshing. More low key than Palais Thermais, but the outdoor pool is very nice and several Euro cheaper to access.

Nice location with very kind people was a nice surprise!! Ammenties are ok( could be impruved but it s not very bad) tiket was not very expensive! I recomand it! Congratulation for personal!! It s a 10!!!
