Plecnik

Stumbled onto this place for breakfast/coffee while exploring the neighbourhood. We wanted to try out Cafefin, but there was a very long queue and lunch brought us here :)

Their TIRAMISU is to die for!! We ordered another as one couldn't suffice, it was so good.
Hot chocolate was well prepared, not the watery kind but the real, thick, velvety kind.
Coffee is strong and flavourful, just the hot you need to start a powerful day

I have been to this cafe more than 5 times in a month already and will continue to go as I really this place! Tasty Chai latte and hot chocolate. Their homemade tiramisu is soooo good. Pet-friendly and excellent service. Clean restroom. Cozy atmosphere. The price is reasonable too. Highly recommended!

It is very hard to find proper service and kind waiters in Prague, in general. But this place was definitely an exception: the staff (two ladies) were super polite and debonair, all the time. They answered every question we asked about wines in detail.

Regarding the prices, very reasonable I would say. Especially compared to the places located in Old & New Town. I am not a specialist or wine guru but my friend drank rose and I drank red wine and both were very successful.

Also, it feels very nice as an atmosphere and I like the location of the Plecnik very much. We could not have a chance because of the rain, but next time I will definitely sit outside/outdoors of the place and enjoy it.

It was my first experience at this place but I will definitely be stopping by more often. Honestly I feel very lucky to have discovered this place :)

Best espresso around. Bitter like it should be. Not sour like in most cafes in Prague.
