Great customer service staff at the Cambridge branch are fantastic and great with my dogs!

I will never buy fish again because I always find dead fish in the tanks or sick fish and when you tell a member of staff they say going to sort it out and don't sort it just leave it in there and with sick fish they still sell them and when you buy fish before you get them in your tank they are dead and when you go back they say to proof it so show pics and then say you need to take a water sample knowing they have not come out of the bag and because you get a bit upset about it they bane you from the store because the staff don't like the truth when they no that they have sick fish or under weight but don't do nothing about it there is only 2 staff that no there fish all the other staff no nothing all they do is make up stuff they love your money but when it comes to any thing else then it is so different but the 2 staff that are great with the fish is ant and Ash they are really great and very helpful and when you show sick fish or under weight the do there jobs and when you show proof very helpful and they are the best for the fish they need to be paid more because they no what they talking about and very very helpful thank you Ash and ant for your help and being very nice to me

Such a hassle attempting to use their vouchers. There's far too many conditions, then after thinking i've met the conditions, the code doesn't work at check out. Used their chatbot (which is useless) finally spoke to a person, who advised to just checkout and then afterwards they could refund the difference. There was a short delay (1 min) in the messages while I checked the website, in which time the person ended the chat. I would say it was because it was home time...
The discount isnt worth the hassle and i bought the petfood from someone else.

Excellent pet shop with all you really need for your animal. Fantastic selection of food, toys, essentials plus a vet practice. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is such a nice pet shop. I come here whenever I need something for my lovely hamster. They are very helpful.

Although a big shop and chain, it’s a good place.

The staff have all been good to date, with today standing out particularly - helped by a chap called Charlie for my (reasonably lengthy!) enquiry about fish, and then again when I went back with my young daughter to purchase what we talked about.

Recommended.
