A male employee with short, black, curly hair was extremely rude to my girls who were shopping there in the first week of July. It was simply appalling! My younger daughter came out of the dressing room and tried to hang the clothes back on the rack, as the employee approached and with a rude face expression made it clear that my daughter was doing it wrong. Looked at her very mockingly from head to toe. As my daughter rushed to me to tell me about it, the employee walked by us, again using stupid facial expressions and (we are from Finland so he could’t understand us) saying things like ” bla bla blaa”. Doing that many times when walking by us. We simply had to leave the store, and we were completely shocked. Can’t recommend that store to anyone!!

Worst behaviour, worst attitude, very unfriendly and very long time on the line if kasse. I dont buy from this branch anymore

20.05.23 The worst experience with Zara ever. We came more then 30 minutes before closing and chose a few pieces to try them on very fast. More then twenty minutes before closing we were greeted by a very rude coworker at the fitting rooms downstairs. He immediately told us that the fitting rooms are closed and after asking why he answered that they’re closing the store now (20 minutes before the actual store closing time)!
After trying to hang the few cloth pieces on the pole next to the fitting rooms since I couldn’t try them on I was rudely told that I should bring the clothes upstairs myself.
People with such an attitude and such a humiliating tone towards the costumers shouldn’t do something else if they don’t like their job honestly.
Never coming back here and I don’t recommend doing that to others if you’re expecting to be treated nice by the staff.

A young German short blond girl with long hair (I hope the management can identify her) was MEGA rude on Friday evening (12.May) - even that there were quite a few clients in a shop and at a cash- desk before the shop closure - she literally grabbed stuff from me and took it away. This staff girl was extremely stressed and impolite.

I’ve been to this store many times and the customer service is always absolutely horrible. Staff are moody and make you feel like you are a burden on them.

If you hate people, don’t work in a store with clients, just find a different job! I wonder how Zara managed to find such a bunch of unfriendly women for this store. Had to drop everything I wanted to try on and simply walk away

Worst management ever! NEVER order and pay immediately when it is not available in the shop. Orderd a shirt in the shop on friday and I was told that it will be available the following monday. The date was important to me, because I was leaving Germany for a month. NO notification. I went in to the shop that Monday, still nobody has a clue when it will be delivered. Got the notification while being abroad, ten days after that Monday. Today I went in and had to wait 30 minutes because nobody found it. The nice cashier asked the manager because the system told me that it is not refundable. I told them my situation, still no chance. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! System is just not working. No costumer service, no flexibility.
