The Pasty Shop London Kings Cross

I asked for a cheese and onion and was given a chicken pasty. Am vegetarian. Realised when I was already on the train so couldn’t go back to complain. short changed

Just bought a Cornish Pasty and tea. Paid £10+. Pasty was nice a hot. Tea was like they used cold tap water. When someone orders a hot drink it should be hot. Reap of to pay £3+ for this.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I politely and kindly asked the man who served me for a bag for the pasties as I was struggling with luggage in the station. He ignore my request so thought perhaps he hadn’t heard me. When I repeated my request he rather bluntly and rudely said I heard you can you wait. I apologized but he didn’t acknowledge me so what else was I meant to do. The customers who were behind me also commented that he was a very rude man and was no need to be so horrible to me. His attitude was awful pressuring customers into hurrying up their order by shouting “next please” over and over repeatedly when people were Simply browsing the menu & wanted time before ordering. Pasties were the worst I’ve ever had. Overpriced and tiny. Avoid!!

Great fast customer service! Lovely food!

Second time just as good as the first and Joha was especially pleasant. Would highly recommend.

I love pasties but it's getting harder and harder to find authentic ones
