Was a bit skeptical NFF was a bit too hyped.. and would be just like most other ‘healthy cafes’ or meal prep services..
To my surprise, they actually delivered!
The protein is tasty.. and clean. If that’s important to you (it is to me). The smoothies are GOOD. Favorites are the double beasted oreo (if you like chocolate and want to get your grams in, this is a no brainer) and the Ferrero roche.. have no idea how they get the taste that spot on!!!?!?

Great quality but it’s inside third space gym. It’s not open to the public. I
Incredible customer service from Veera, Ana and Katy at Islington. They are protein shake mixologist’s, and gave me a great recommendation after my intense spin class. (Alkalime with coco water and vanilla whey)
Their Beef Stir Fry meal is divine!
The healthy Oreo protein shake is SO good. I ask the lovely staff to make it extra thick with ice and a frozen banana so its like ice cream! I also love the granola pots, egg wraps and at the moment the jerk turkey with the pineapple ketchup is a game changer!
Great nutritious and even more so delicious healthy lunches. The protein shakes are amazing too.
