Good personel and good place in Geneva. It’s what you expect for a Starbucks and you are not disappointed. Good wifi and good beverage. We had 2 teas that were good. Expensive but Starbucks is expensive as itself and even more in Switzerland. Good place to rest.
Ordered via the app 10 min prior to arriving and the staff hadn’t prepared either drink. They don’t seem to have any idea about these orders being placed, I had to relay my order to them. This was a quiet Sunday morning and once inside, waited 10+ min for them to make our drinks
Super kind personnel, most of the time crazy busy but always with a smile! Little hint: if you come midday, grab your coffee and sit @ the bar by the window.. even in the colder days, any-even tiny-sunlight from outside will reach your heart and warm your soul🙏💖
The taste of matcha tea is not what I get in San Francisco!!! Of course the price is much higher in Switzerland

I must admit I don’t like Starbucks.
The one reason is : why should I stay in a queue for soooooooo long waiting for two barristers mid quality coffee.
That said, this one was fast. The staff is efficient and welcoming.The tchai tea was good and the pumpkin stuff as well. But honestly whether they are too hot when you get them take away, whether they don’t stay hot enough when you stay.
Hahaha this brand is great at what they do : selling you a style and a dream but not perfect beverages

Good people and wonderful country love everything about Switzerland people are so humble and helpful I’m impressed with the the hospitality and most importantly chocolates 🍫 and my coffee First 😇
