Specialty coffee nook that I look forward to visiting again. Great baristas ang welcoming ambience.
This place has their roasting down to a science. I've only been to a few coffee shops in the area and this one is by far the best coffee experience

After a couple of trips to find it, finally I could spot it inside a tiny entrance between 2 industrial buildings off the road.
The shop inside is small and has very few limited spaces to sit and drink coffee, so go in, check their varietals and pay 60-160 aed for 250 g roasted beans of single source from any one geographical area. They had the usual varieties such as Columbian, Ethiopian, Ecuadorian, etc. A cup of average coffee is 25 aed and the upscale one is for 45 aed.
Needless to say I did not sample nor buy any cup or bag, esp that I was never offered any sample of the brewed coffees

Cypher is in my top 3 coffee shops I’ve ever been to around the world. They have a diverse variety of coffee and brewing methods that is unending. What sets them apart from others is their dedication to the mastery of coffee and their attention to detail in all aspects. Not to mention everyone is professional, knowledgable and extremely hospitable. Thank you Cyper, I will be back soon.
Best experience I’ve had in a coffee roastery in Dubai in a long time! Passionate, knowledgeable staff served us a couple of very different pour over coffees (Costa Rica, Columbia) and gave us a guided tour of the facility. Impressive range of green and roasted beans.

One of the best Coffee Roastery in town! Several coffee options, qualoty beans from various countries, excellent service and the best education options for baristas. Hidden Gem in Al Quoz.
