The WORST experience I had with Grab Delivery is with this restaurant. Waste of my time and energy, waiting for an order that will never be completed! I placed my order with them at Grab app. At first, the merchant called to apologies for missing my drinks. I was ok and decided since it was just drinks, I'll let it slide. My family was hungry (as we had waited for an hour, the Grab app initially estimated it will take only 30 mins). However, to my HORROR, when I received my order, is not just my drink missing, one of the food order was missing too! HUNGRY turned HANGRY, started to get impatient, and tried calling back the merchant. My patience was tested AGAIN when she didn't pick up the phone. After 6/7calls, finally she picked up, and started to put the blame on her workers, the Grab rider, her cook etc. I just want food, I don't want to know who did what and/or who didn't! She said she will send someone to send the missing order. Me and my family waited again, and guess what? Although my missing food order was FINALLY here, but my drinks were not delivered, while they know that the drinks were not delivered at the first place!! Again, had to call back (numerous calls - as if she aimed to push my patience limit and she (again) started blaming this and that - the Rider etc. At the end, my drink orders was refunded (RM7), while my 2 hours are forever gone. This is my 2nd time ordered from here, and twice the experiences are horrible. Never in my life I will ever going back to this restaurant again, don't know what is wrong with me when I decided to give it another shot! Purely sharing my horrible experience with them, may you (whoever reading this) will not go through what I'd experienced!!

Thr food is so tasty, very delicious and affordable price! the way they treat customer also too good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
