Building is nice but service is so bad. Ria is the one who talk to me with a rude voice and word always every time I came here they look down of customers. I hate this. We not gonna get service from this location again

Workers at this branch think they can park all over the parking lot with no regard for the customers. I had to wait OVER ONE HOUR, continuously complaining at the greeter, as well as the manager. They told me "well, you shouldn't have parked there". This parking lot is for customers, not workers. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful lot of employees in my life. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was here so many time. The agent is very helpful. But one a host so mean (a lady with tomboy look).

I went with an appointment for 12:30 pm with a young lady, they tried to have me come at 1, but the branch Manager Ray called me and sat me with Bella at 12:35 pm.

I’m so grateful, Bella was able to take care of me, she’s careful, knowledgeable and very personable!! By far the best experience I’ve had in a bank. I highly recommend opening your accounts with Bella Genao.

Super long wait, had to wait 1 hour for my appointment. The bank advisors take their time talking with colleagues while customers lineup in the waiting area. Avoid this branch if you can.
