How Sweet It Is

I cannot praise highly enough the cake that Stephen created for our wedding. We chose lemon, dark choc and raspberry and mixed berry and white choc. The cake sponge itself was incredibly moist and light. The fruit flavours tasted so fresh and were perfectly balanced with the buttercream. Our guests were raving about the cake! Stephen was also lovely to work with and answered any questions we had. Would absolutely go back to How Sweet It Is for any cakes in future.

We got our wedding cake from How Sweet It Is- Stephen was a delight to work with and the cake itself was even better! We had a 4 tier cake, with 2 alternating flavours (biscoff and white chocolate & raspberries). Stephen organised small cake portions for tasting a few months before the wedding (they all tasted very good!) and got delivery sorted for us on the day. Thank you Stephen for being part of our wedding dream team!

Thank you Stephen for providing such a beautiful cake for my November wedding. It looked exactly as I wanted it and tasted delicious too! The White chocolate - Baileys and Almond was so popular with our guests that everyone sat down to eat their cake! Stephen was easy to communicate with and was an easy wedding vendor to work with. We would definitely recommend Stephen to other couples for their wedding.

I can't rate Stephen and the team at "How Sweet it Is" high enough for the cake he provided for our wedding. My wife had said she had never had a good tasting wedding cake and I was determined to make the cake on our wedding day one for her to remember. We are based in the USA and Stephen was super accommodating with responding to all the questions via email since we couldn't be there in person and he was super easy to deal with. He was more than happy to make our wish of a 4 layer cake with a different flavour per tier come to fruition. He not only gave out samples to my sister in our absence, but also once we were able to get to Adelaide not long before the wedding, he gave out samples to my wife and I to try to confirm our selections for the flavours. He also worked with us to fine tune our design for the cake once we got to see examples and speak to him in person, and he worked with our florist to place the flowers on the cake to match the flowers at the wedding. The cake was delivered with perfection to the wedding reception. And the cake was amazing. All but the top tier (which we are keeping) was eaten by the next day and people are still raving to me about the cake.

Stephen did an amazing job on our wedding cake. Our cake was styled perfectly and most of all tasted amazing!
Stephen is genuinely a great guy and was more than happy to bring our dream cake to life.
