Brauhaus Severin

Excellent food, typical Köln food. It's worth trying, I just loved it

Traditional German food, friendly staff and very cozy.

Really nice and authenthic Brauhaus. Good & friendly service. Very good beer (Kölsch) and huge Currywurst.

Always excellent and friendly service, and delicious food! All the standard main courses (lamb gulyas, mushroom stew etc) are exceptionally tasty, and today their seasonal menu items (white asparagus items) was fantastic as well. It's great to sit outside on their terrace and watch the beautiful church and the life of Severine straße pass by you, with a nice, cold Kölsch in hand!

Service and food are more than amazing. Staff are just great guys. Always more than glad to come and have a bite or drink here.

The main dishes were really delicious and not too expensive. The desserts were a bit bland and dry though. The service was great and friendly, but a bit slow. The atmosphere was very laid back

Wow! I had medium expectations, as I couldn't tell this was a restaurant at first glance from the outside. We had the Chili Con Carne, Meatball snack, and the Currywurst. The Chili Con Carne was fantastic, as it had a little Mediterranean kick to it, I would recommend. The Meatball snack was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Being from Texas, this was our first experience with Currywurst. The sausage was incredible, and the sauce/fries were delicious! The waitress/bartender was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone go here for drinks, dinner, or both!
