Did not try the food but look good , Penang first Hand Sign Starbucks, come and support those who work there .. their smile melt your heart … they did all they can and also try to do up selling drinks without fail … please come and support them

One of the Coolest Starbucks which definitely caught everyone’s attention with its striking logo in Signboard, good initiative Starbucks. Salute for the great effort.

I decided to check it out and turns out it’s served by the deaf and hearing impaired people, providing them an environment to work and feel safe in. It’s really new experience and the really professional guys. Great service.

There are two storeys, with a very comfortable ambience. Bright and light up place upstairs and free air sitting outside balcony. Definitely a unique experience, you all should try this also.

There are special merchandises, part of the store collection. Got a cup as it’s really unique and also to show support. 🫶

There was also a special promotion when I came, for just that day - buy ONE drink and get TWO free, across the entire menu!! Really fortunate to visit the store today 😆. Had great fun here! Got the peppermint mocha to soak in the Christmas vibes 🎄.

Three loud cheers to Berjaya-Starbucks for this CSR project! What stands out for this particular outlet is that it is a Signing Store manned by baristas with hearing impairments. (The other two are in the Klang Valley and Borneo if not mistaken.) What better way to put goodwill into actions by actively engaging our society with people with special needs ploughing back into the community? Excellent service too if I might add. Could not think of another Malaysian corporate that puts great ideals into practical actions enriching our society this way. Definitely worth your patronage this unique Signing Store! Great special-edition preload cards too for the collector enthusiasts. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really love this branch. They really put attention to details of your food and drinks. They take the effort to wipe clean the plate and carefully put the herbs on top of the Mac and cheese ordered. Other branch i've been to, they just put into the oven, come out and quickly put whatever they have to and serve it to you. I even had a cold Mac and cheese from other branch once too but this branch is superb. Kudos!! They just have to repair their second floor outdoor fan that's it. It seems to be stuck on one speed and it's super slow so it gets really hot outside.

Absolutely loved the experience at this Signing Store. Staff were super efficient and understanding. Plus, I had possibly the best Hazelnut Dolce Frappe in my life. Drinks were made so accurately I was surprised that the store was low traffic. And there is absolutely no difference from any normal Starbucks. Would definitely make this a favorite spot.

Needless to say, Starbucks drinks r alw good. Toffee Nut Latte Cold Brew + Gingerbread Latte Frappe 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Focus shd b d service of d crew. I m highly impressed. V proud of Starbucks for starting an outlet like this. d team is hardworking to offer a high standard of service n to keep d place clean n serene. I m v happy to b able to witness their work. 2 floor with more seats n high chairs upstairs. There's also alfresco seating at balcony. Overall comfort here is v v good. Keep up d good work :)))
