Good place especially for some products from home country

Prices were so low
Which is great
But the shop smells so bad
So I couldn’t buy any fresh products at all because of that smell

I always order thru instashop and never encounter any problem. But today upon ordering in Al Maya using instashop my total bill was way too much than my bill showing in instashop. Their prices are not updated. I went to confirm the prices of my order but the manager just told me its not their problem, i should just come down and do the grocery in their supermarket instead. My problem was not even resolved and the manager was to rude to handle their customer complaint.

I recently purchased fish from this supermarket, and I must say I was disappointed with the service. The fish I received was not properly cleaned and cut, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I observed the fish serving person engrossed in listening to music instead of focusing on their work. I believe that customer service and product quality should be a priority, and I hope the supermarket takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience for customers.

Nice market you find all you want good price good service

You can get soft drink bottle 1.5 ltr but they will not give disposable free as small groceries give free disposable
