Decided to try this place this morning after walking past a few times. Get’s busy for brunch. Arrived just after 9am on a Sunday, only a few tables busy, but it was almost full by the time we left just after 10.
The food was really fantastic! Not your regular western style place that will just slap a few breakfast items on a plate and leave it at that. Decent sized portions, flavours complimented each other and everything tasted delicious.
We both order the Hipsters Say Hello, mine with a side of chicken, my partner got bacon. The sides were generous, bacon was nice and crispy, chicken was nicely seasoned. Loved the generous serving of relish, two big chunks of sourdough, a gooey sunny side up egg and avocado. Definitely won’t need to eat lunch!!!
Good strong coffee too. They only have brown sugar, so if you are a Splenda/Equal kind of person you will need to BYO.
The dinner and lunch menus both looked great and we are going to go back in a few weeks and give it a try.
There was only one waitress working, so she was a bit run off her feet, but she was polite and friendly each time we interacted. The air conditioning made it a bit chilly, so it would be a good idea to bring a light sweater/cardigan.
Highly recommend this place for a lazy weekend breakfast or brunch. Will leave a review about the dinner once we try it.

My favourite place for weekend brunch!!
Their bakoven chicken wrap is something that i want everyday! The tortilla was soft and chewy, the wheat flavour was strong. Highly appreciated the self-made wrap! The hummus inside the wrap was the highlight of the wrap, airy, smooth and flavourful. Love everything from BAKED.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all for me.
1. Additional 10 HKD for oat milk option on a piccolo is really too much.
2. The lady forgot to place my friend’s order and we had to request it again after over 20 min with no show.
I paid 120 HKD for a piccolo and a cappuccino, without having any special blend or sophisticated flavor, for me it is way too much. Will not return.

Worst breakfast I have had in a long time. Ordered the Brackfast and the brioche was so stale the crust was hard. Pancetta was definitely not crispy and everything was so so salty. My cup of Dirty was mediocre at best if not bland. Huge disappointment and the table was so dirty i had to clean it with my napkin. Def not going back for a HKD$200 breakfast.
If asked what's my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong, I have to answer: Baked!
It's by no means the pinnacle of refinement but it is a home-y place with hearty breakfast food that will nurture your stomach and your soul.
From their early days in Elgin Street, really just a hole in the wall, and the fame from their cinnamon buns and also chocolate croissants (which were too big for some and had to be toned down, now), to their new location near Star Street, the owner has managed to keep the perfect ratio of price (not cheap but not overpriced), sizeable dishes, and flavour.
My personal favourite is 'baked eggs on brioche' although depending on the chef it can be a hit or miss. You have to try to the cinnamon bun at least once. Their pastries are good. The 'Oh My God' is famous as well and very instagrammable.

Set lunch available during weekdays, price reasonable. Hipster says hello is so refreshig with half avo and a sunny side up. Homemade sourdough is a blast. Coffee is not as imprrssed as the dishes.
