It is one of my favourite churches, even if extremely simple. Many years ago, any church in Palermo was free, and now you have to pay to visit any of them. Furthermore, locals pay as much as tourists. Discounts should be a must. So, 5 stars for the place and zero for customer service and the organisation in charge. You must support local people bringing family and friends from abroad to show around or even for them to visit part of their local patrimony. This should still be a church and follow its spirit.

Beautiful. Ancient. You feel past centuries from every stone. The entrance fee 2.50 eur, but if you have visited the opposite church Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio and you show the ticket, you get 1 eur discount. Definitely worth visit.

The three dome church. Fascinating for its Arab influence. When you look at it from the outside with it's domes and from the inside with its geometric patterns you could believe someone if they told you it was a mosque and not a church. Very simple without the mosaics of the fancier churches but very beautiful in its simplicity.

Nice on the outside, a single room almost empty on the inside, not worth the 2,5€ (Martorana is much much better, this one is a complete dissapointment).

Impressively beautiful church located along Via Maqueda .
Easy access except for a short flight of stairs

Constructed in the 12th century during the Norman rule of Sicily, the church is known for its distinctive red domes and Arab-Norman architectural style. The church has a simple yet elegant design, with three red domes representing the Holy Trinity. The church reflects cultural influences of Norman and Arab civilizations in Sicily during that period of time.

Very beautiful church from outside side but nothing really unique from the inside, even though the ticket costs only 1,5€
