A supermarket and offices out side Thika with plenty of parking space
Just ask for 9D Studios on 1st floor. They have awesome photography and videography services plus live streaming and media management. Waecon Supermarket has great quick fix lunch options and bitings
The centre has some offices located in it. Some businesses are also present especially on the front end and first floor. There are still many more space to be rented out as of the date of this review.
The location is superb with lots of parking space and office spaces. It's also close to superhighway so no worries for the traffic jams.
