Her Complex

There was only 1 bartender working last night & she was so rude … After waiting in line for 30 min when I got to the front she said “my bar is closed”. I was extremely confused because I don’t think she owns that bar & her attitude was unnecessary.

The security & strippers were extremely nice though. I appreciated that.

Came a few weeks ago to celebrate a friends birthday and the night started off terribly. Our server Carla took over half an hour to greet us and when we had some questions we were dismissed. She was bringing bottles to another table when she then decided to push my friend out of the way without saying excuse me or giving her any indication to move politely. This is extremely disrespectful behaviour coming from a staff member. After being helped by another girl who was super nice and apologetic our night continued and ended in some fun however not sure if I’ll ever be back due to the poor customer service.

After booking a booth and arriving, the huge male bouncer outside was extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. If I'm spending a lot of money to have a good night out, quality customer service is expected. Starting the night off recieving attitude was not cool. If it wasn't for the other nice staff, I would've gave a 1 star review.

Besides the rude bouncer, the staff inside were amazing. Super sweet servers and the interactive entertainment was great. Make sure to bring a good amount of $$$ to have a good time. I would love to go back but I do hope their bouncers/security get customer service training. No need for hostility if no one is causing problems.

Extremely disappointed. The “security” guys greeting clients were super rude and mean. I totally get some people might be drunk and you might need to raise your voice but they were just being jerks. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s a pricey place and you MUST tip every time you buy drinks. If you don’t tip the girl, she calls security and you get kicked out. Sadly, I would not recommend this place.

great club!!! never got her name but our dancer was so amazing, nicest girl ever she vibed with the whole group all night. only thing is they say they open at 10 but didn’t let us in til 11 which is totally fine we just made a reservation for 10:30 and had to wait a bit so wait till 11 to show up. overall great club amazing staff, security was super friendly all the girls were amazing!

Never got to experience the club itself because we were greeted by the most disrespectful security guard ever. Instead of doing his job this man (tall black guy with a beard) decided that it was more interesting to insult customers. This establishment should really check who they hire because it’s a shame to have staff who steer customers away.

I read the reviews prior to going to the club and I’m happy that I went to experience it myself because unlike many of them, I had an amazing time. The music was great, staff were friendly and informative and the women were gorgeous. I’m sure someone mentioned it in their review but yes, this place is both a night/strip club.
There’s many beautiful exotic dancers of all races, shades, shape, size etc, there’s someone for everybody:) so I’m not too sure what some reviews were talking about in aspect of diversity. Overall, it was an amazing experience, I can’t wait to go again. And I promise you’ll have more fun if you bring in $$$ and actually spend it on the dancers:)
