Incredibly helpful staff. Very professional. Very well organized institution. Fast consular services. Beautiful building. Conveniently located. Parking sometimes an issue, but Street parking can be found for 2 hours or less.

Most helpful people here. Thankful for the kind and hardworking gentleman who went above and beyond for me. The woman who answers the phone is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly aswell. Just a Great overall experience.

Peshmerga & YPG are the only ones fighting ISIS & promoting tolerance. True heroes doing our job for us.

What I don't get is why both KRG & Rojava are such wimps when it is taking care of their own interests - YPG should have told US they would not attack Raqqa unless guaranteed independence at time of their choosing - US would have been forced to accept. Same for KRG in early days of ISIS up until Mosul. Now, when they have lost all leverage with US government, they try to declare independence, & we abandon them (what else is new?). As an American I am very ashamed over our treatment of the Kurds, our most reliable allies. They must do better job of lobbying US politicians (learn from AIPAC - one good lobbyist is worth 50 brigades), and start acting aggressively in their own best interests, not ours. When our dumb politicians realize the Kurds will not just do whatever they request & then cheerfully accept being discarded like a dirty rag, an independent Kurdistan will be at hand.
