Nordic Outdoor Covent Garden

We recently bought some hiking clothes from the Nordic Outdoor Covent Garden store in London. The items were top quality and reasonably priced. Being helped by somebody like Matt made the experience both pleasurable and informative. He is personable and very knowledgeable sharing detailed product information. Next time we’re in the area and need more gear, that will be our first stop.

Matt was so incredibly helpful with helping me find a good pair of walking trousers! He even went into the back to their brand new deliveries and sorted through the new stock to find me the right size/short fit ones which, as a shorter man who always struggles to find short fitting trousers, was really appreciated. He was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here again!

We have just purchased a shell, ski pants and sweater at Nordic Outdoor Covent Garden. The selection of high quality brands was excellent. Surpassed by the outstanding customer service from Matt. Matt listened to my husbands brief as an experienced skier who likes to layer high performance kit. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes absolutely delighted with our purchases.

I had made a complete hash of a purchase, and Matt was very understanding and helpful in getting it resolved, despite me having no right to ask. Great range of products and the staff know their stock really well, giving care advice to keep things at their best. A really big fan of this shop.
