I googled an car repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews. I am glad I chose them, fair, quick friendly. I will recommend this shop to all friends in the area.

A friendly, honest, experienced car workshop. The boss and his team always do a good job, and they will give the quotation first before they start the repair and parts replacement. If they don't offer certain repairs for example air condition etc, they will give recommendations which are equally honest workshop.

I did the standard oil + filter change and added on the manual gear oil change, brake fluid flush and replaced my intake filter.

Even though I only requested for the standard service, they went the extra mile to check my brake pads, air filters and tyre pressure. I am pleasantly surprised and happy they did this.

Their boss, Mr. Chew speaks excellent English and he and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my go-to service center from now on.

Highly recommended. They did an excellent job on my 10 yrs old BMW X1 - Pully bearing & belt replacement, FRM reprogram, suspension mounting replacement; reasonable fees and the boss treat his staffs well; hence my car gets good attention from the staffs.

Mr chew is an honest boss that quotes reasonably for repair works despite me being the first time walk in customer and while I was there early to collect my car, I observe that his mechanics work with passion and teamwork on the repairs of my vehicle. Such enthusiasm from mechanics are rarely seen in this industry. Do call early and book in advance before dropping by as it seems that his workshop is very popular among his regulars and locals. First time visiting this workshop yesterday after reading all the good reviews on Google and I can verify that those positive reviews are true.

Mr. Chew (the owner & also the automotive foreman) is one of the best you can find in Penang island in terms of skills, trustworthiness, and communicative ability. He speaks good English and is very transparent in his service. Only parts which need to be serviced/changed were replaced. Thus, I saved a lot during this visit. On top of that, before I left, Mr. Chew opened the car hood and explained/showed me what he had serviced, which was something other car mechanics never bothered to do, especially to a female customer like me.

Oh by the way, the location is also strategic. Not only it is easy to find, but you can kill your time at the nearby eateries/wet market. You can even do your groceries while waiting for your car to be serviced. I know this is not exactly a priority but is definitely a plus point. 😅
