Second time dining at this restaurant. The dining room was relatively empty and they seated us directly next to the one of the few other tables. My friend was placing her order and our waiter rolled his eyes at me! The garlic bread was way too garlicky! Our meals were decent, nothing great. Best part about the night was the dessert. Doesn’t compare to Polpo in Greenwich. The experience was basically mediocre, nothing great and we won’t rush back.

WARNING: THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR FOOD ALLERGY. I ordered a drink and it never came. I have a food allergy and my food came with my allergen on it despite specifically talking to the waiter about it. Pretty dangerous. Since the waiter never came around to check on us, we had to get up from the table to find someone to talk to. At this point it was so late I just told them to take it back. They didn’t remove it from the bill, and the least they could have done was apologize, but they didn’t. We had a reservation but still had to wait a while for our table despite the restaurant being close to empty. Our waiter barley checked on us, yet checked in on all the tables around us. We asked for water like 4 times and finally we had to go grab the pitcher ourselves. Our waiter sent someone else to send us the bill, and they didn’t come out to grab it so we had to again walk in and personally deliver it to them. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before, but hey at least I got a workout in for chasing around the staff for basic needs I never got! I reached out to the hotel, but no one has gotten back to me. You’re better off dining at McDonald’s.

Just came back from NYE dinner from Polpo and it was the worse dinner we have had. Our steaks came out cold as if they came from a fridge. We asked for new ones and they clearly tried to rush cooking them because they came back raw. The manager didn't not seem bothered at all.
Everything else was average, service was poor. And the NYE celebrations was terrible.
I would not recommend this hotel on a regular day let alone NYE dinner and celebrations.

Avoid this poorly run establishment.

Outstanding Experience:
Our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, setting a new standard for excellence. Right from the beginning, we were warmly greeted by Joel, the general manager, whose enthusiasm for his role infused the entire evening with positivity.

Live Music:
The live music, performed by a singing pianist, was a highlight of the evening. Her ability to play and sing a diverse range of songs, catering to the guests' preferences, added a delightful and personalized touch to the atmosphere.

Menu and Bar:
The menu and bar offerings were nothing short of amazing. From the selection to the presentation, every detail showcased a commitment to quality and innovation.

In summary, this establishment is truly excellent, and much credit goes to Joel's exceptional leadership. The warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail have elevated this dining experience to one that will be remembered fondly.

We had an amazing dinner. Starting with the the glass of wine by the ocean bar, then followed by great service by waiter Brannon and warm welcome by Ahmed, and then we tasted the best seafood dishes we ever had! Chef surprised us by coming to the table and mentioning to us his current and future creations. We will be back very often!

Christmas Day brunch was outstanding! A wonderful selection of high quality offerings. The service exceeded my expectations and met all of our needs. This is what a dining experience should be like. Awesome job by all team members!
