parking sucks ! per entry 4$. no grace period... BEWARE!

Grab driver was charged $4 just for immediate pick up. No dropoff and pickup point.
SIMCC was hard to find and parking no grace period, recommend to park at United square and walk over
Interesting mix of restaurants, cafes, salons and tuition centres
Has a lot of tuition centres, not the easiest to find your way around as it circles around the car park so you can't really see where everything is. Not the cleanest, but can conveniently cross over to united square
No concession given for the car park. If the taxi is dropping you off here, the taxi will be charged parking fee
