My mother decided for this Easter no one is cooking. So we decided to order from Nour Cafe. For 18 people we order 16 plates of mixed grill with salad & sauces on the side.
Let me just say 16 plates was way too much. We ended up with so much left overs.
I have to say. Best customer service from the 2 older male employees. They were all accommodating and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted to do for our event.

Worst customer service. Ordered via Uber eats and only received half the order. Called the restaurant to find out about my order and spoke to an extremely rude person. He was loud, belligerent and unsympathetic. He claimed to have called earlier to tell us that our driver forgot to pick up the second bag but we never got a call or message. Also he should have contacted the driver to come back as soon as they realized the mistake. Not to call me to leave a message that I got a refund. How does that help me when I have four people to feed and only 2 plates arrived? Extremely rude person. Beware!
At first, I thought this place was sketchy. You know what they say about gas station food. However, I quickly learned that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The food is amazing. My go to is the chicken Shawarma wrap. The chicken is seasoned to perfection. The proprietors are really sweet and the food is really affordable. I’m so happy I discovered this hidden gem.

Excellent cuts of meats and prepared foods that’s highly convenient due to their late hours as well as fast service! Perfect for take out!
MOST of the time the food here is spot on and fresh! I have only had one bad experience here where the food tasted less tasteful than usual but I assume it was just a bad day. (Only ever happens with the shawarma)
All in all, food is amazing hidden gem in Revere!

Amazing !!!! One of the best Mediterranean I ever had. This place has become one of my regulars. Love it. Definitely recommend.
They’ve always been friendly with me. Typically quick. I had to come here and compliment their wings! Omg the plain wings with the hot sauce is amazing! So crispy and fresh. You MUST order the house sauce for the wings! Order extra sauce because it’s good!! Their shawarma sandwich is pretty good too. only thing I don’t like is the inside of the store always looks a hot mess and unorganized but the food is 10/10! Also, they’re open late which is a huge plus!
Would not advise ordering from here. Tasteless. And as others have suggested, I’m very sure the many generic positive reviews are fake. The mango juice was good 👍. The baklava was OK.
