They changed the liner in our above ground pool and the guys were incredible. Worked a very long day but made sure everything was done right.

Got a new above-ground liner from Carlos and his team, including lead (I think) tech Andy. Great service, great problem solving, very well run group. Didn’t cut ANY corners when re-seating the walls back into the base, which had shifted. Also, After an issue that was beyond their control carlos authorized the guys to keep at it at no extra charge to me. Final result is a beautiful new liner.

As luck would have it, the day after the liner was complete my pump decided to “die”!! When I described the issue to Carlos he knew exactly what the problem was, told me it could be fixed - by ME in 5 minutes! He saved me the cost of a new pump when I’m sure others would have been happy to sell me something I didn’t actually need.
Do yourself a favour and call Carlos when you need anything pool related!

Very helpful, friendly and courteous. My hot tub froze over winter and they helped me find all the piping and sensors I needed to replace. They didn’t try to oversell and they were genuinely interested and engaged in determining exactly what needed repair. Their prices are also competitive.

Best service ever. My tub was not working properly for months with several new parts installed.
Carlos diagnosed and corrected the problem that no one else could figure out and finally the spa is running perfectly.
I buy all my chemicals here and their sales and service are awesome.

Bought a new hot tub from Carlos. He was fantastic to work with, he took the time to go over everything with the hot tub. We had one small issue and Carlos drove out and fixed the issue right away. Have to start out by saying Carlos and his team are the best!!
I have an old beachcomber. Hot tub leaked and froze last winter. Drained it and left it till summer. So I tried to repair my hot tub by myself and an experienced hot tub person (my friend) last summer and I took all summer. Took out all the insulation, found the leaks ( took 3 months to get this far, busy man) my friend took too long and snow was coming, dipped down below zero. Wife wanted this done. Looked on line for new tubs. Went and looked at a few. And as we all know $8500 was the lowest not installed and would have to pick up. So I asked my friends, one being a pastor at the church and the other the best guitar player ever who plays at our church as well suggested Carlos at Swim and Spas. Both my friends had hot tubs so I listened. Called up Carlos and he was here 2 days later. My tub was on its side with no insulation in it. Disaster! He said we could fix it. Told me tub was in good shape. Surprise manifold was still good with freezing ( we did drain it when ice froze motor and she shut down and vacuumed out rest of water -30). Carlos and his team were here for days in October putting hot tub back together. Found leaks and sprayed foam back in, replaced a few parts and we were back up and running within a week. Yes it cost a few bucks which we expect but nothing near the cost of a nee one. Not even near.
So get through the whole winter and power goes out 6:30pm last night (March) Send a message to Carlos and he responds right away. I can come 9:00am tomorrow. When these guys tell you a time they will be there, they are there at the time! Anyways Carlos fixed the problem in an hour. Hot tub up and running!! now!
