I genuinely appreciated the fact that they preserved many of the old structures and items. It is a garden that is exceptionally rich in terms of species, colors, and aromas. I was truly captivated by its beauty.

Simply one of the very best botanical gardens in the world! Highly recommended to visit and explore and witness how beautifully maintained it is. Don't miss out the Chinese Garden!
Such a beautiful place! Our walking took about 2 hours and it was so interesting 🌿🌸🌱 Many flowers abs plants even when it’s not the blooming season yet. The area is cleaned, many benches, toilets, well developed place. We also visited the exhibition in the building on the territory of the garden, it’s nice to see. My recommendation!💗
One of my favourite spots in Leiden to take a nice little walk and enjoy the greenery! All the cute spring flowers were blooming this time of year. It is fun to see the seasons changing in a place like the Hortus.
It is a really nice little place, lots of small beautiful details. You can see everything in a short period of time, but its a really lovely place.
Lovely vibe, gorgeous plants and the tropical plant section was my favorite. To my opinion, good date idea to visit this garden, as you would have enough time and minimal distractions to discuss together. And the lovely ambiance sets the vibe.
