Great food, terrible service. The girl that served us was looking at us like we were garbage. And they only serve espresso. No coffee with milk.

Do takeout. Its good affordable and fast
Don't be turned off by the negative comments. They are friendly just stand to the side and know what you want. Remember it's hot in Italy. Its a hot kitchen. Do takeout/take away / "per portare via"

Situated in a nice area however the staff is terrible...the panzerotti are mediocre at best ..that act they are doing you a favor to serve you ... they forgot about my food had to go back and ask for it...I rarely give a bad review they are not busy tables are dirty and full of stuff from previous customers .. Very unfortunate..Hopefully the management will get some people that take pride in what they do!!!

Good Italian sandwiches as fast food standard, didn't try their Pizza but sandwich and fries are great, reasonable prices with good sitting.

Service could be better and restroom could be cleaner.

The food was fine, but the staff is so unfriendly... The girl was treating us like we wanted food for free... They forgot one of our pizzas and then after 20 minutes got angry when we asked about it...

To have employees that much depressed and lacking of courtesy, i can only imagine how terrible must be the employer and/or the salary...
This comment is directly addressed to the direction because I can't blame the workers for enduring this life : that much misery takes away your appetite.
Pay them more, treat them better, idk but do something.

I like it.. So yummy and staff are kind
