Nice whisky shop stocking single casks and also providing personalised service. If you want to get recommendations from people who know what they are talking about, this is probably the place!
Duncan, who gave me some recommendations for a gift is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There were no pushy selling at all. They sounded like they just genuinely wanted to show and tell you about the different whiskies they have to offer.

Stopped into the Edinburgh shop with absolutely no knowledge of whiskey, but wanted the chance to at least experience a taste. Spoke with a young man in the shop (very sorry now I did not get his name) and explained my ignorance. Based on my questions and my beer preferences he made three recommendations. My friends and I held an informal tasting and found his selections were actually much better than expensive well known whiskies. Will be returning on my next trip to Edinburgh. Highly recommend.

Andy is a really nice knowledgeable guy who takes his time to find the next bottle you may desire. We opted for one of the Octave series and 2x10cl of their own "secret" casks after Andy took the time to guide us through all five of them. Great experience! 5 out of 5 🥃

Great little shop filled with interesting Whiskies for all budgets. Particularly like that you can buy a unique single cask offering from an in store selection of a 20cl, 30cl or 60cl bottle. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to discuss what might be suitable for your taste.
