Security are extremely rude, kicking/denying people for no reason other then the power trip they get from the only thing in life they can control. So rude and disrespectful to people just wanting to got to the club for a good time or see their favourite djs play. Ruins the club.

I had an awful experience with your bouncers and system at XE. I bought a pre paid ticket which I’ll attach below and demand a refund for this. As I approached the bouncers last night after being a loyal promoter for your team. The girl let me through then your two bouncers said “NAH” and screamed this in my face. My twin and I then waited outside of the club for 30MINS. We went back to the line and the bouncers again said “NAH” no indication of anything. I will never be going back to your club nor with my friends who promote this club as well.

i am so beyond angry with this club. we each payed $40 entry, purely to see MCRT play at 2am. we went out to smokers at around 1:50am for some fresh air, as it was packed and hot inside. security came up to us at smokers and told us “go out the front for fresh air, and come back in when you’re ready.” so we do, less than 10 minutes later we decide to come back in, onlyyy for the other security to tell us we are not allowed back inside. i explained multiple times that we were told we were allowed back in, but all they had to say was “no, go home.” we were at this club for less than an hour and I want my money back. security have no communication amongst each other and do not care about their guests.

They always let it overcrowd to twice more people than the capacity. Going to the bar or the bathroom becomes a quest to climb Everest.
On top of that you will always experience the most feral, disrespectful and uncouth crowd by far. Expect to be pushed, various parts of your body grabbed (and that’s coming from a guy, dread to think you’re a woman) and run into drunk people trying to start fights. There’s zero security inside and the rare security guard you will see won’t interfere or do anything. But the ones you encounter on the door are on a power trip and very aggressive.
Sound system in the small room is decent but in the main room it sounds tinny and with little bass. Would not recommend. It’s such a shame that they have decent lineup on many nights.

Couldn’t keep up with there line so they kick people out and abuse them go to turbo and actually have a good time

Everytime you go, you know it'll be a good night. Always good vibes and the music goes off.

Got in for 5 min after paying the ticket. Had to go out for 1 min they didn't let me in
