I went early in the morning and was ordering my refresher and egg sandwich for the day. An employee was helping and was very kind and understanding of what I wanted, as I was waiting a lady named Adriana who I assume is the manager began disrupting the flow of all the employees by being bossy and rude to her employees, all of them looked visibly annoyed, and I feel so sorry for the drive thru workers they are constantly getting backed up because of their printer, everyone’s orders go to one printer in the store and it is highly inefficient. The managers there need to step up and organize the store so the employees and customers can have a better experience.

The past 3 times I have visited this drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. I always order the same thing: an iced caramel latte with extra caramel drizzle. I have received an iced caramel latte work sweet vanilla cold foam, an iced latte, and now an iced latte with apple drizzle. This is very frustrating

This location NEEDS more parking. There shouldn't be 3 cars in the fire lane and more blocking traffic of people waiting for their coffee because the tiny lot is full. And I don't blame the staff (they're great) - this location is very popular with USF students and anyone driving on this part of Bruce B Downs and needs to expand to accommodate so many cars.

I love any Starbucks and the service is good in that everyone is always very hospitable and kind but the line in the morning is not slow because it is a long line its slow in that it just literally doesn’t not move. Today I sat stuck in the line for 20 minutes. I don’t think it is the servers/baristas faults at all they’re doing their best but I do think Starbucks needs to immediately hire extra helping hands because no one wants to wait that long even in the morning when it’s expected 20 minutes is way too long.

I was picking up an order doing DoorDash. The store employees saw when I entered the store yet, not one employee said hello welcome to Starbucks to me. They said hello welcome to Starbucks to every other customer that entered after me, I noticed. I stood and waited with my phone in my hand, and order visible on my phone screen at the counter for about 15 minutes while the employees served everyone around me until I was the last one there. Almost as if they were intentionally ignoring me. Finally, I was able to get one of the employees attention. She said, “oh I’m sorry do you have a delivery? Deliveries are down there at the checkout counter.” When she could have just told me straight away if she would’ve acknowledged that I was trying to get her attention, or any of the other employees for that matter. Instead, all four employees were busy catching up on gossip with each other. Luckily, my Door Dash customer was cool as a cucumber and it was no trouble. I will not be picking up any more orders or anything for myself from this location. The store did not have any delivery driver pick up signs posted from what I could see. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Emily is so amazing! Her presence and customer service is so welcoming. I enjoy everyone and time I come here: my orders are always superb, the line can be long but of course it is because Starbucks is the best.

Very good Starbucks. Great service, cozy and clean place. The mozzarella tomato sandwiches were very good! But the only caveat is the parking! Guys, this is a very small parking lot for such a good Starbucks. Do something about it please.
