Rumaan Hyderabad Restaurant

My most most favorite Restaurant over all Dubai. I recommend Every Hyderabadi people to must visit this Restaurant. The quality and quantity and Especially the taste is Yummmie🙌🙌Must Recommended place.

Here we tasted Mutton Dum Biryani , Goood Taste with smell and must try Dragon Chicken fry ! This briyani salt was little high , compared to others Hyderabadi briyani type !

Terribly Bad Experience

What I am writing is the real experience we had.
Ordered 23 Mutton Biriyani and 2 Chicken Biriyani for our office.
They served white biryani rice with mutton bones. Some people got 1 mutton bone, and some got 2 mutton bones. There was no biriyani masala in the rice. Also they were very stingy in giving the gravy for masala. Really stood embarrassed in front of colleagues. If they were running out of stock with the biryani, they would have declined our order. Instead they cheated us.
When we communicated the same with them, they simply declined it similar to an unprofessional village hotel. With the way they dealt with us, we can say very honestly that the food and service is substandard and this business entity is a shame for the whole catering industry.

We ordered Haleem with roti and Mutton Biryani with chicken 65. The place was full of customers and all tables were taken. Majority of them were enjoying the biryani and it tempted me greatly. The people eating around me made anxious to wait for my food. The waiting time after the order was bit long. We were served with Haleem first. That Haleem was very different than what a Pakistani is used to eat. This haleem was more authentic with actual taste of grains and spices and masala. We got two pieces of bones in the haleem. I would say it was different haleem than saying if it was good or bad. When we were served with the biryani, I could not hold myself any further and it deserved the wait. Very beautiful and tasty combination of masala, meat and rice. My friend noticed that the pieces of mutton were very less as compared to what was described in the menu. We informed the staff about this and another long wait for them to bring the missing pieces of meat. I would definitely go back for mutton biryani. The price we paid was very reasonable.

We buy regularly at rumaan but this time when we bought badaam kheer , it is watery and it had only skin peels of almond,. When we complained they asked to adjust and manage. We pay in full but we receive products and service in this way. Worst customer service!!

The food is really good and has a unique taste. But the service is very bad and irritating. It's pathetic..but in the case of food, it..Highly recommended .. We ordered family chicken dum biriyani...

Had palak paneer with naan and boneless chicken 65 biryani at burjuman branch. Awesome taste.

Restaurant is at a prime location and very close and walkable distance from burjuman stn exit no 2 and also from burjuman mall.

Will definitely go here again and try other dishes.
