This one gave me mixed feelings. Massage was fine, no problem there. Problem was with the infrastructure and hygiene. Massage room was dirty and there’s no soothing music or aroma. Towels did not feel fresh. The shower was also not working properly. They had to call a guy in to fix the shower as a waited in towel awkwardly. Shower still didn’t work properly.

I love deep tissue massage but I would rate the deep tissue massage 7.5 out of ten! Aesthetically this place looks like a dump. It really looks shady. The towel they provided to shower with was disgusting. No sandals were given. And the water flow was weak in the shower. I think there are better places for the price you are paying here.
One of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. Horrible massage. Felt like they are just running oil for 90 minutes to waste time. The ambiance felt like I was being massaged at a construction site. If you have want to feel horrible about your day, go here.
We took a couple massage for 90 minutes and we had an amazing experience. They made my anniversary party successful. Now I plan to gift Swedish massage to my wife every year. Highly recommended
Spa is very clean, and comfortable, perfect for a solo or group day spa. Last time I took Balainese massage and my therepist was very nice and she did a wonderful job with treatment. Jw spa is very much worth the money
This spa has a very nice chosen and trained therepists. We had an amazing experience. I wish my spa had such trained and professional therapists. Who are perfect in their work as well as courteous
