Costa Coffee

The staff in this Costa were absolutely charming. They distracted me so well that I forget I was in Thetford!

Had our festive drinks here today and took cake home for lunch.
Safe to say the carrot cake wasn’t put out freshly today or yesterday!
So hard and dry. Very disappointing!

I loved visiting Costa in Thetford especially for their Cappuccinos which was lovely, and it's always in a great sized mug too which is perfect for the cold winter days.

I do have to comment that a lot of their "fresh" cakes and pastries do get a bit stale by the afternoon and yet the prices are still the same. I feel this is a known issue with Costa nationwide but surely if they know the food is going to be stale especially out on display all day to at least reduce the price to reflect the quality?

Great as always. Regular haunt for me and my old 'work Dad'. My gorgeous girl tagged along today as it's the holidays. Friendly staff, great service.

You would think ordering over £30 worth of food and drink from somewhere they would have the decency to do it nicely. Ordered three hot drinks on Uber Eats only received two and they where half full, ordered 2 shortbreads and got one and missing a bottle of cola and 3 other cakes I ordered. The worst service I have ever had from a coffee shop complete joke, first time I have used Costa through Uber eats and NEVER again.

Another nice Costa coffee. I think that these places are tranquil & have nice food & coffee at reasonable prices.

Clean, friendly staff and nice environment. It’s normally pretty quiet in the mornings and easy to get a table. My daughter also loves coming here for a babycino!
