It's great Lini is a fountain of knowledge. And she can really play the pedal pump organ ! Lots of fun . Donations are appreciated.
Really cool history here. If you live in or around Palatine you should visit this museum.
An interesting piece of local history. The family owned much of the nearby property and farmed that land. Most of the rooms have been restored to earlier times, with part of the upstairs housing a reference library. Didn't see all of it the first time, plan to return.
Attended a tea here in April. Lovely food, tea and a historical costume fashion show. A real treasure.
The history. Super fun. The lady running it will not hassle you, if u just want to browse around by yourself. Very cool.
This is one of the oldest homes with a lot of history in Palatine. In April 2016 they celebrated the 150th anniversary of Palatine and buried a time capsule out front. For those who will be around in 50 years, they are planning on opening this up. Great place to visit and learn of the history of the site.
Only saw it from the outside. It was a nice looking house.
