I had a job here once bagging groceries. It's hard work and I try to keep up but my hands hurt most of the time

The customer service at this store is always a mess. Y’all need to train your sales agent on how to approach customers.

Horrendous customer service. After spending so much money there, they refused to return a bad fruit they sold me.

They had a variety of items and at affordable prices. The produce was also clean and fresh.

This FoodWay Store offers a wide variety of Fruits, Vegetables, Meats, Seafood and International Food. No customer service

The people working here know nothing about customer service. Compared to New Grandmart,this place is not only expensive but the produce here are almost expired,some have been on the shelves for a long time. Don’t waste your money here, go to New Grand-mart. You will not only get fresh produce but you will save yourself the bad energy and being racially profile by people who also constitute the minority as well but don’t like black people. If black people stop buying here,hope you know you will shut down 😂. As always this is an honest review , no hard feelings!!!!

Sandra' was very helpful and quick! I was missing eggs in my previous grocery bags, and came to tell costomer service if I may replace them with new she was hesitant in the beginning until retrieved recipet! In any case Sandra was polite and replaced my missing organic eggs! :)
