First visit to Daawat tonight. Food and service were spot on. Everything fresh, full of flavour and nice and hot!.The service was great, very friendly. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back soon

I ordered tonight for myself, my partner and his father this evening. Quite expensive. Food was ok, but not amazing. They forgot to bring our Naan bread, after calling them to state it had been forgotten they said they can bring them out to us but would be an hour, by that time the rest of our food would be cold. There was no answer for 25 minutes, to get through to them the line was just ringing out. They did therefore advise when I finally got through, they would discount this off our next order, but to be honest I don’t know if I’d order again.
The food was very bland, and I believe to be very over priced. Service was ok not too bad, food wasn’t bad but wouldn’t have it again due to its bland taste and overpriced for what it was.

The starters were of a good standard but unfortunately the mains was extremely bland and uninspiring. Service was slow (45 minutes to order a drink) 95 minutes after arrival to get our mains.

Reason I've down rated this restaurant was it was good till a load of people came in from the pub unbooked there were 10 of them no room but instead of being told to come back or no room waiter pushed two tables of four together for ten people this was coursing space problem and one of the parties was so loud his big mouth never stop clearly showing off to impress spoilt the rest of are great night over feeling is dangerous and made it hard to serve fo waiters sorry but be wear they will over fill for money even when some of parties are clearly drunk sorry but we wanted nice meal not football match we a big gob fan impressing his younger mrs or lady friend

This local Indian restaurant is quite simply spectacular. Hidden away in a small village, it deserves to be visited by people from miles around ! The interior is clean, warm and welcoming, staff are exceptional in care and customer service, whilst the food is quite simply divine. I am not a regular Indian food eater, but this place could convert me ! When you factor in two main meals, two generous sides, a bottle of water and 2 poppadoms for UNDER 40 pounds for quality of this calibre...gobsmacked.

Best curry I have ever eaten and the freshly cooked poppadoms which were still warm when they arrived we're a perfect starter. I have never known Indian food to taste so delicious. A great price and kind, helpful staff. The only way this place could be improved was to update the bathrooms. Everything was extremely clean and the chairs were super comfy.

My favourite Indian takeaway. This was my go to curry when I lived in the village. We used to have a takeaway to have it comfortable at home , plus the dogs like popapdums too much.
Takeaway is usually about 25-35 minutes wait depending on how much you order.
Can pick up takeaway, arrange delivery or go in and eat (probably book a table) have banqueting nights - see photos- and Christmas dinner options too.
Only open in the evenings.

Food is so tasty! Plenty of choice from starters to rice's to sides to mains.(see attached photos and go online to see menu)

The staff are always happy, welcoming and chatty with me and ask how things are now I've moved which was is nice and show they care about their customers and friends.

I always try to have one of these when I come back to visit my grandad and my fiancé loves it too! Happy days 😁
