Great currys! Gone of meat so I ordered a mushroom sagwalla with extra mushrooms and a thick sauce. The staff has no issues with that and the staff are friendly even the delivery driver.

Whilst grateful for the late delivery, the Korahi wasn't what I expected. I order a lot of Indian food because I love the flavour, but more often than not and like this occasion, I'm greeted with a sauce which tastes like 90% base sauce rather than the varying vibrant & authentic flavours offered on the menu through a variety of curries. A real shame.

They often taste the same which is frustrating, especially when the reviews are good. I'm also positive it's not me and my taste buds because they all have the same consistent base sauce colour and texture compared to a real curry.

To add to the disappointment, the pakoras were not authentic pakoras, either. They were plain battered supermarket chicken pieces with a bit of chilli powder and no yoghurts to accompany them.

I'm a heavy regular of another local Indian takeaway and would now rather go without than order from anywhere else when they're closed. Once bitten twice shy, multiplied by 10.

Cant go wrong with their khati rolls, a must have takeaway favourite:))

As a group we used the Shahi Balti restaurant when they were located in Abbey Street, after moving from here I wasn’t sure how the move would have affected the food, service and attitude. Absolutely nothing to worry about, food is still top notch, service is second to none with nothing being to much trouble, keep it up gentlemen.

We have been using the Shahi Balti for quite a while, always on time and delicious. Yesterday though, we decided to try something new and ordered from the Specials . What an excellent choice, the Shahi Bhoona and the Tawali were both amazing. Will definitely order again .
