Phone just beeps and hangs up after your press one for office staff. Horrible phone system.

So much for paying your property taxes by phone, unless you would like to pay an outside company some chunky fees. So much for paying your property taxes in person because Carroll County only accepts certain credit cards. I'd never buy a home in this county, personally.

I've had two houses built in Carroll County Maryland, one in Westminster and one in Manchester. Carroll County code enforcement department is absolutely outstanding and does its job very well holding builders 2 full account to make sure that they build it correctly, whether it's a deck, new home, addition or anything else. I was so pleased with their service I bought donuts for the whole department a few years ago. While I did not agree with all their code enforcement, the logic and reason was valid. Keep up the fine inspection and code enforcement work. Thank you Carroll County Government!
