He brought out a large rolling bin to collect my donations- that was nice!
Wouldn’t take a washer without a dryer for donation pickup. Make it make sense.
Does anyone work here? I’ve called on different days and several times and no one picks up. I went to the store today and per the sign on the door, the person was out for lunch for 30 minutes. Several cars were waiting outside and by 12:45 the store remained closed. I guess the reviewers about this place are true.
Manager of this location should note that we noticed that the ashburn location does not always follow its hours noted on the door. Saw the workers close the door at 3:55pm and lock the doors. I know it is 5 min before 4 but there was one couple, elderly, that were locked out when they wanted to donate. Kind of sad that this organization really doesn’t really want donations. I told the couple several places nearby they could donate.
Came to drop off an item at 12:40 on Saturday. Just as we parked in front of the store the gentleman closed the door and left. Seems rude and irresponsible to just lock up and leave in the middle of the day during business hours, especially after seeing us park in the store’s parking spot.
This is a great charity and easy drop off point. The staff is always friendly and they have ipads to make receipts super efficient. The parking lot is usually full, so it could be hard to get a close space.
Always quick and easy experience at this location. Associates are away friendly and helpful unloading. They always ask if you want/need a receipt. No furniture, but you can schedule pickups. The goods go to the store in Manassas, VA.
