I always have a great experience here. Dakota usually helps me and he is knowledgeable about all the products and has great recommendations. Thank you Columbia care for keeping me medicated in my times of stress/ pain.
Worse place ever Friday April 19 I came and bought 4 disposable vapes. And out 4 vapes 3 of them work 1 of them was defective due to no air flow I came to to store gentlemen in the cashier was been rude his name is Dakota. Dakota insert paper clip inside the vape disposable never clean it or nothing 15 minutes I end up in the emergency room worse experience of my life people do your self a favor and save your self time other wise you will end up like me…
The staff is very friendly. Discounts on some products which as a disabled person with budget constraints ,it’s easier for me to afford
I had just one sketchy interaction in the nearly 3 years I've been a customer. All in all a very nice place. I like it a lot. I've actually had real conversations, as I did with Zach today. Thank you.
I. Love. This. Place!! They are always so welcoming and the budtenders are happy to look over the menu with you and answer questions, it’s a really one on one experience. Better prices and products than other medical dispensaries.
Great customer service. If you truly need something strong. This place isn’t it. All the flower taste like dirt and air. Also none of it comes from Cali which has a higher potency. These are New York grown, and they’re not potent at all. This isn’t even good to introduce somebody to smoking bud because it just taste so bad. Edibles nasty, pre rolls taste like wood.
Nice building, and nice bright interior. The front desk workers should be trained to let the guests know of the multiple menu books laying around before ordering. The menu books are out of range of view from the front desk. The station I payed at in the back room, was janky and out of position. I had to reach behind the door to insert my card, and the attendant didn’t seem very phased...if I’m spending over $100 a visit, I’d like a proper pay area.
I recommend the hybrid ground flower for highest THC ratio, and strength. Overall a nice visit, just a few tips up above.
