Facility and staff are wonderful, but unfortunately as someone who only uses flower, this location doesn't compare to some of the other medicinal dispensaries in the area. When in stock, the selection is very limited with usually a half dozen or so strains to choose from. When I stopped in on 3/25/2023 there was only one strain available.

There did appear to be a good selection of carts available, if that's something you're interested in. When I was a cart user, I did have good experiences with the products MedMen offered.

If you're looking for a wide selection of flower and are willing to walk a few blocks south, I would recommend checking out RISE on E 30th street.

So yep! Never going to this medical dispensary again! Despite the fact I already went through the process and I have to go through it all again… I am perturbed… he has the audacity to ask me why am I making faces? 1st it is none of your fing business second you have issues dude to not know patients would be bothered by their info being erased and having to go through this again… not worth the money to many dispensaries in the city and beyond… I know you know who I am and yes I am talking about you… horrible service , lacking disposition and interaction with the man in the black shirt tonight… btw my email is not a prerequisite for getting medicine stop searching for my personal info … that is also none of your business so disgusted

Because I had a medical marijuana license due to extreme pain & anxiety, I was very happy when this location opened near to Grand Central. The store was easy to miss but once inside, it was all business. They have any extensive menu and very welcoming and knowledgeable sales staff. I have to shout out Miguel A. for being so patient and for knowing and sharing his expert product knowledge. There seems to be nothing he doesn't know.
All the products are very high quality and therefore expensive.
Always wish the store was more attractively decorated but the music is pretty good while you wait.

LITERALLY LOVEEEEE this location. They always make me feel like home and take their time to explain everything to me. Barbara specifically is freaking phenomenal. I ask a lot of questions but she answers them all without skipping a beat or making me feel like I’m overwhelming her. Amazing staff amazing Team. Shout out to the Manager Miguel too.

I went in today with very limited knowledge and desperately needed some guidance and I was lucky enough to get paired with Miguel! He was so friendly, personable and made me feel extremely comfortable to share personal info as to why I was seeking out this product. He was so knowledgeable, took the time to listen, eased my hesitations and matched products that catered to my specific needs. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. You can really tell that he loves his jobs and cares deeply for the customers. I will always ask for Miguel when I go in, and so should you! He is truly amazing!
