This was our first time using a travel agent, and it was definitely a big stress reliever. It saved a lot of the frustration leading up to our trip in comparing hotels, flights, dates etc. Also during our trip there were some flight delays resulting in missed connections, Trina Brown was able to help by providing us options to make sure we still got to our destination and also get us compensation from the airline for the missed connection.
