It’s a Hard Rock Cafe…. But I must say, the service was good and the vibe is amazing.

I ordered the Messi burger and it was the worst burger I've ever tried to eat. I almost never send food back and had to. Dry bun.overcook meat. Egg was cold.
Switched for the salmon which was moist but the flavor was just some bottled sauce that they spooned on at the end. No salt or flavor in the meat itself.
The server was friendly. Very disappointed.

If there's a Hard Rock anywhere we visit, we always pop in! For a start, you know what's on the menu, which is always good. Then you have the awesome memorabilia to look at and this one didn't disappoint, especially upstairs!
I had a great chat with the manager, as he came round asking how people were and our waitress was especially good, as my autistic son was treated brilliantly by her. For the management, she's in one of the pictures.
All in all, another great experience and on the way out, two t-shirts were bought!

We've been here a few times. This, by far, was our best visit. The service was the best. The food was tasty. We've been to other Hard Rock establishments. They definitely need to take a page out of the Las Vegas location on how to treat people. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, with rock memorabilia adorning the walls and live music creating a vibrant energy in the restaurant. Our server, Ebony, was absolutely phenomenal - she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes and a great selection of classic American dishes. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas for a memorable dining experience. It definitely deserves a 5-star rating for its outstanding atmosphere, exceptional service, and delicious food.
The staff here is amazing. The seating hostess was cheerful, and proactively pointed out where the restroom is located.
Our server, Mandy, was a sweetheart. She figured out I am vegetarian and offered to substitute meat with mushrooms in my burrito. And checked in often to make sure my coffee was topped up.

Came in for breakfast. Not crowded but it still took a while for anyone to show to even bring a menu. Once they arrived though, server was friendly and fairly attentive. Food was brought in a timely manner. I had a ham and cheese omelet that was better than any that I have had in quite some time. Music was nice and not over bearing. You could hold a conversation without having to yell. I have been to several of these restaurants around the country and this has to be one of the best I have been in so far.
