One of the more decent spots to eat in the MGM Grand.
Good food, decent atmosphere, and priced accordingly.
I ordered the wonton noodle soup. I will say that I wasn’t expecting the amount of noodles at the bottom of the bowl. I was more looking for just soup with wontons. So be aware that you might end up with more noodles than you anticipated.
For two people, to andrea, no alcohol or soda, I think we ended up spending about $40 before tip. Honestly, this isn’t bad for the amount of food we got. I would highly recommend staying away from the food courts in the MGM Grand. It’s a great way to waste all your money on very mediocre food.

Read some great reviews so we wanted to check out while staying at MGM grand. Service was overall great (forgot about us at one point, but not a big deal). Some gluten free accommodations which was nice (although soya sauce in most things posed a bit of an issue).
Best wonton soup (and didn’t need the noodles in it, but nice touch). Fried rice wasn’t spicy (and chilli oil wasn’t gluten free, so not so much a spicy shrimp fried rice).
The broccoli dish was delicious and happy we went with the garlic. Overall, a good dining experience. The atmosphere is nice with a semi open kitchen, very clean and casual.

In terms of food, it reminds me of cheap and average noodle shops. The Hong Kong style beef chow fun had the quintessential wok-hay I wanted, but it was simultaneously extra greasy (even for Asian food) and under seasoned (bland). The seared lamb chops were good but we expected better noodles from a noodle bar at this price point.
The service however, was another issue. We felt rushed from the moment we were seated. Our waiter asked for our order as soon as we sat. To make it worse, he asked us if we were ready for dessert two different times in 5 minute interval while I was still eating. I had to eat as fast as I possibly could so we could finish before he returned. We saw this waiter charge a group of 4 next to us while they were eating making the guy pull out his card as he chew. And then he came to us. The whole thing made us cringe and want to never return. Will not return.

Noodle bar is a big statement. They have only 3 main noodle dishes (their menu is different in person than what is online). We tried the Hong-Kong style beef chow fun and bbq plate with a side of rice.
We would recommend the bbq plate and rice. Do not recommend the noodles: very greasy with not a lot of flavor-but was wok'd nicely.
Price was unbelievable for what we got: a drink, a boozy drink, and 2 dishes ran us over $100.
Desert looked good, but we weren't able to order due to time constraints (we were going to see a show and despite service being nice, it did take a bit more time than one would anticipate for noodles) Our server and especially our non-alcoholic drink server was especially nice, funny, and attentive.

The staff was polite and friendly. The food was relatively fast at arriving. The flavors were delicious! Price was reasonable... for Vegas.

A very casual dining experience right in the middle of the MGM Grand casino. The hot and sour soup wasn't to our liking, but the Laksa seafood noodle soup hit the spot. A great place for a gambling break or a quick bite.

With the introduction of new food selections and top customer service, we enjoyed Grand Wok at MGM Grand. I love that they are now open everyday. Some of my new favorites are the sea bass, lightly fried on a bed of exotic mushrooms, and the new desserts, green tea cake and mango sago. We also had the beef chow fun and the sweet and sour chicken.
