This people schedule is way off. I made the trip from Santa ana and they weren't even there. What a waste of my time. Is a hit or miss if they decide to show up. It's a Friday and their website says they are open but no one here.

Tacos were straight fire the cup of goodness was the life of the party I've been back twice on the same day the tacos are the best birria Tacos I ever had the best in California!!
I’m so happy we came across this truck! It was the first time I had birria and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend ordered the burrito and it was HUGE and DELICIOUS. He usually doesn’t get full off of one burrito but he said this one was actually filling.
Best birria tacos I've ever had. Super tender, fresh, loaded tacos. They don't skimp on anything. Consomé is delicious and queso birria tacos also are fire. I will be back to try more menu items.
Start with the special birria tacos which are flavorful and juicy and comes with consomé con carne that hit the spot. The consomé is thick almost saucy deep rich flavors with fresh onions and cilantro. A great location with office park to curbside eat like me whose always on my bike.
The birria has good flavor. Consomé con carne hit the spot along with the quezatacos. Two things though, the quezatacos felt like it didn't have enough cheese and it took about 30 minutes of wait to get 4 tacos and consomé con carne for which is why I gave them 4 stars, but other than that, good spot for birria tacos.
